5 events you need to check out in Sudbury this weekend

You have one month left of 2018- make it count! Cheer on our Sudbury Five, start your holiday celebrations with the CP Holiday Train or enjoy some live music and welcome the last month of 2018.

Music & Motorcycles – CD Release Party

Kae Shelby Roberts is coming back to her hometown to release her solo album, Music and Motorcycles. Kae will be performing live, the music from her CD with the band, The Colorado Experiment this Friday, November 30 at 6:30pm at La Fromagerie. All proceeds from this event are being donated to the 70th CTV Lions Children’s Christmas Telethon which takes place this Saturday, December 1 from 2pm-11pm on CTV.

CP Holiday Train

The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train rolls through Sudbury tonight – Friday, November 30 – at 8:50pm with performers Terri Clark, Kelly Prescott and Sierra Noble. You can find the CP Holiday Train at 233 Elgin Street. The event is free and they ask attendees to bring money or a heart-healthy donation for our local food bank.

Sudbury Five vs. Windsor Express

You’re not going to want to miss Sudbury’s first professional basketball team as they take on the Windsor Express this Saturday, December 1 at 7:05pm at the Sudbury Community Arena. Tickets start at $17.80 and you can get them here.

A Classic Noel
