Where can my dog swim in Sudbury?

We recently asked our followers to ask us all of their Sudbury related questions and one we got that we couldn’t answer ourselves was ‘where can my dog swim in Sudbury?’ So we turned back to our followers and asked them to help us out. We received a few answers and figured the easiest way to share them with you was to post them all here on our website. So here they are the five areas we’ve been told your dogs are allowed to swim:

1. Silver Lake has a little area that you can take your dogs and let them swim. – West of Regional Road 80 on Silver Lake Road. 
2. Laurentian Beach. – (On the northeast shoreline of Nepahwin Lake)
3. Some of the smaller beaches off of the boardwalk. (Bell Park)
4. The small beach in the Lo Ellen area.
5. Trails off of the Laurentian Conservation Area. (2309 South Bay Road)
