Sudbury Music Spotlight: DJ Felix Felicis

Greg McGarry, also known within the Sudbury community as DJ Felix Felicis, is going to be bringing us the 90s throwback we’ve all been waiting for at Y2Crater! Check out our interview with DJ Felix Felicis below. When did you realize that you wanted to become a DJ? When I was in high school I would go to parties and grab all my friends’ IPods and be in control of whatever stereo system there was. I always liked the idea of sound-tracking life’s events, especially parties. After a year of doing that, I did my research and bought my......

Hang With Us Podcast: Pop culture, politics and everyday 20-something struggles

One of my favourite ways to start my day is by listening to podcasts. There are so many amazing ones out there from business tips to murder mysteries – there is seriously a podcast for everything and I’m hooked! Recently, two Sudburians decided to start a podcast of their own – Hang With Us has quickly become part of my Monday morning routine. I get to work , grab a coffee and listen to their latest episode – my favourite part is definitely when they share their bachelorette living stories. We spoke with Amanda Roy and Hailey Short to......

COSTUMING TIPS FROM DOLCE TETAS

And yes, I love every minute of it. I’m most proud of my creations when it accomplishes these things: lends well to my choreography; has visual impact; looks expensive......
