A Taste Of Scotland

An introductory course to the flavours and traditions of single malt Scotch whisky.

This class will explore the six major whisky producing regions of Scotland (Highland, Lowland, Islay, Campletown, Islands, and Speyside), and provide a dram pour of a typical whisky from each. Light fare will be provided. Tasting and discussion will begin promptly at 3pm and last about two hours.
