Adulting 101: Be Kind to Your Mind

$10This workshop will help you identify unhelpful thinking and behaviours and teach you some coping tools to get yourself out of a vicious cycle. Learn how to set boundaries, tackle problems, and manage stress in a way that works for you! This workshop will also teach you about underlying health issues that can affect your mental well-being.
