Join Charmaine and Debra for a 1.5 days of discovering, learning, sharing, and hands-on experiencing (oh and eating too) the 7 Major Energy Centres – our Chakras and their functions and connection to the well-being of our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies. In the workshop, participants learn:

.how to check and balance each chakra
.how to use pendulums and crystal quartz shifters to balance and attune each chakra
.the specific crystals associated with each chakra
.how to facilitate a chakra check and balancing (participants work in pairs)
