Latitude 46 Publishing is thrilled to host Olympians Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford to celebrate the launch of their book Soulmates on Ice: From Hometown Glory to the Top of the Podium.
Local sports journalist, Laura E. Young has chronicled the unlikely path Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford followed on the way to the top of the world in figure skating.
Young will chat with the Northern Ontario elite athletes on stage Friday, January 4, at 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., at the Sudbury Theatre Centre. ADMISSION IS FREE. Fans will get a behind-the-scenes look into Duhamel and Radford professional and personal lives.
In Soulmates on Ice the two-time world pair champions and three-time Olympic medallists reflect on how they developed a working relationship and honed their resilience in a sport that often left them bloodied and bruised. Ultimately, the two-time world champions earned the perfect, storybook ending to the sport they have adored since they laced up their first pairs of skates.
Soulmates on Ice: From Hometown Glory to the Top of the Podium will be available for sale at the event.
