Cooking Class: strangozzi with truffles and the food of Umbria

$75Strangozzi is one of the most ancient types of pasta in Italy, originating from Umbria.
We serve it at the restaurant because it hails from Spoleto, the medieval town where our founder Willie Gregorini was born and raised!
Made without eggs, strangozzi is shaped in a way to allow sauce to cling to its surface. At the end of this class, you will agree there’s no better way to enjoy black truffles than with strangozzi!
Mark Gregorini will lead the pasta making class and discuss truffles and the history of Umbrian food.
There will be hands on learning.
Cost is $75 per person (Plus tax)
Price includes a sampling of charcuterie and bruschette.
