Hailing from the outskirts of Toronto, Excuses Excuses is an explosive alt/punk-rock trio full of raw passion, energy, and a hint of pure Canadian grit. The band writes songs geared towards the goal of empowering the younger generations to find strength and inspiration in creativity, uniqueness, freedom, and the uncertainty of the future by touching on topics of drug use, mental illness, politics, and personal uncertainty. After playing together for just shy of two years and getting the opportunity to open for inspiring Canadian groups, like Bleeker, We Were Sharks, Scenic Route to Alaska, Ivory Hours, and Sparrows
