Free Bootcamp and Yoga Class

We are taking our workouts outside for the summer! Are you interested in joining us?
Bell Park Bootcamp runs May 28th – Sept 28th, 3 mornings a week!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00am – 7:00am
We are also bringing back our $5 Drop in Sunset Yoga!
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30pm- 8:30pm

Friday morning, May 25th, I’m offering a free class for anyone to attend. Especially those people who have been thinking about it but are reluctant to make the commitment (not sure why since it is pretty awesome and an amazing way to start the day, an amazing way to make the most of the nice weather AND an amazing way to celebrate our city’s gem, Bell Park)
If you’ve been thinking about it, wondering about it, wanting to join…this Free class is for you! Tell your friends, bring your friends, set your friend’s alarm for them and convince them that they in face ARE morning people (because we are whatever we tell ourselves we are) and get your butt to the York St. entrance of the park for 6am sharp. The Sunset Yoga on Thursday, May 24th at 7:30pm, you will meet at the Katherine Bell Gazebo. Both class you will need a yoga mat…and water bottle…and a great big smile 😉
