Intro To Wine & Cheese Pairing

The basics on wine appreciation including terminology, glassware, tools and proper wine service.
Attendees will also learn the basics of wine and cheese pairing and how these same concepts apply to overall food and wine pairing for every day dining.
This session is a good knowledge base for anyone who wants to know more about the wine they love and how to serve it to their guests.
Samples of 4 wines, cheeses and accompaniments, tasting notes and bonus take-home recipes included.
