Intro to Yoga Nidra

This workshop will enlighten you with learning the benefits of Yoga Nidra and what it can do to help your mind, body and soul heal and put into a more balanced state. Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that is guided, taking you to a very relaxed state just before sleep. You are guided into tapping into your neurological system by identifying and sequencing your attention to different parts of the body. It is known as the yogic sleep that is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. You will learn some interesting facts about how this practice can benefit your daily life and how it can reduce your stress levels beyond measure.
