Locomotion and Movement: Pop up class

Master your movement, locomotion and animal locomotion. This workshop/class will bring your movement practice to a whole new level while exploring challenging yet playful sequences and transitions of locomotion, primal animal movements, functional movements, as well as arm balancing and inversions that increases overall mobility, strength and technique. This class integrates innovation into your movement practice that will push the boundaries of your day to day practice.

Brad completed his initial 200hr yoga teacher training in 2011 in Agonda, Goa, India, and went on to study under many teachers and ashrams in the world such as the OSHO International Ashram in Pune, India. He has also travelled to Tanzania, San Fransisco, California, Warsaw, and Gdynia, Poland and across India for additional studies. He currently teaches in the Blue Mountain Area and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Open to all levels Yogis and Climbers.
