Locomotion and Movement: Pop up Master Class

With visiting teacher Brad Terrell | Saturday May 12 | 1-3pm

A master class of movement, locomotion and animal locomotion. This workshop/class will bring your movement practice to a whole new level while exploring challenging yet playful sequences and transitions of locomotion, primal animal movements, functional movements, as well as arm balancing and inversions that increases overall mobility, strength and technique. This class integrates innovation into your movement practice that will push the boundaries of your day to day practice.

Open to all levels Yogis and Climbers.
$20 for ARC members and $20 for non members
