Meditation at the Greater Sudbury Public Library

Mondays @ 1pm (Lively Library): Learn basic meditation techniques designed for the beginner, as well as the seasoned meditator. The sessions will be lead by seasoned meditators to bring calmness and relaxation to the body, mind and spirit.

Wednesdays @ 6:30pm (Valley East): Join Devarati for meditation classes designed for the beginner as well as the seasoned meditator. Enjoy a peaceful repose with a guided meditation to bring calmness and relaxation to the body, mind and spirit.

Thursdays @ 12:15pm (Main Library downtown): Join Lizanne Leclair, owner of VERE Golden Journey, for a weekly series of meditation classes designed for the beginner as well as the seasoned meditator. Bring calmness and relaxation to your day.

Sundays @ 1:30pm (South End): Falun Dafa Meditation is a traditional Chinese spiritual discipline that improves the health of the body, mind and spirit. It consists of meditation, gentle exercises and moral teachings centred on the values of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. Falun Gong has no membership, is taught by volunteers free of charge and is open to everyone.
