Mixology 101: Stir it up

Hosted and taught by our incredible General Manager, Daniel Cronin, this course will focus on classic stirred cocktails. These stirred drinks make up a family of fundamental cocktails that are a must to master if you’re looking to start a career in bartending or if you’re looking to wow the pants off your party guests.
The 2 hour course consists of hands on cocktail creation through time honoured techniques and skills as well as an understanding of the history, lineage and development through time of our chosen cocktail collection.
