Mixology 101: The Daiquiri

Your chance to learn from industry professionals with over a decade spent behind the bar is finally here as The Alibi Room proudly brings you summers favourite cocktail, The Daiquiri!

Hosted and taught by our incredible General Manager, Daniel Cronin, this course will focus on the drink that made summer famous and thats known from one beach to another all over the world. The Daiquiri, and its derivatives, are perfect cocktails to master if you’re looking to wow your party guests at a fancy garden party or simply relaxing on the dock. There’s a Daiquiri for every occasion!!

This 2 hour course consists of hands on cocktail creation through time honoured techniques and skills as well as an understanding of the history, lineage and cultural development through time of our chosen cocktail collection.
