This workshop series focuses on functional movements including: proper squatting technique, push-ups, lunges, and core stability.
You can expect:
-Stronger, more solid movements from building strength in your joints
-Better balance
-Upper and lower body strength
-Feel strong and stable
-Avoid injury by building strength where you need it most
-For the yogis: get more out of your yoga practice by building strength in key areas
