Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation w/ Darlene Tindall

$30Enjoy all the best parts of a yoga class. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that brings the practitioner into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is done lying down and is a deeply relaxing process where the body sleeps but the mind remains active. The guided meditation will give you access to your subconscious mind where we can release hidden limitations and unlock your ability to create the life of your choosing.
To begin our practice it is helpful to have a sense of where you might feel stuck, held back or frustrated. It’s also useful to form an idea of where you would like to be headed in life. The closer we can get to the scope of your limitations and the essence of your vision for the future, the greater the yeild for your Yoga Nidra practice.
While you enjoy your rest, I’ll sing lulling and transformative mantras to you. All you have to do is relax and soak it all in.
We’ll have some time left after our yoga nidra practice for more chanting of mantras. I’ll teach you the mantras, explain their meanings and use. If you enjoy chanting you can join in. If you prefer, you’re welcome to just listen and receive.
Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket and cushion.
