Welcome to Zen Wellness the revised and upgraded version of the successful 12 Week Healthy Lifestyle Challenge. Join Dana Clark, Holistic Nutritionist & Natural Health Practitioner along with Jenn Ricker, Personal Trainer & Mindset coach on a journey to wellness. We will teach you to eat well, move well and think well, by providing you with tools that will help you reach your personal goals and set a strong foundation to health achievement and maintenance. We offer this program with three levels in mind: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced.
