WORK HARD BRUNCH HARDER Join us for a first at La Fromagerie and brunch in style. The morning will begin with a one hour beginner yoga class taught by Selina Rose, personal wellness advisor and author of Everyday Eats. After you work out the stress of the week fuel up with our exclusive brunch menu. BRUNCH MENU: - a home-made maple granola tart filled with greek yogurt and fresh fruit - smashed avocado on multigrain bread topped with roasted seeds, goat cheese and spring onion - detox water with cucumber and watermelon Vegan Option - ditch the yogurt and get more fruit, sub the cheese for one of our vegan cheeses! Gluten-Free Option - ditch the granola bowl for a regular bowl and enjoy the avocado toast on gluten free bread There is a very limited amount of seats available for this event! $25 per person
