Monday Morning Meditations
Meditating can be challenging until you become aware of how simpicity and mindfulness attract peace and serenity. Join Charmaine, Kim and Wendy as we explore different practices of this gentle art of being in the present moment. Each week will be exploring these arts and gaining a new perspective for your well being. These are drop-in sessions. Registration is not required. Please bring a yoga mat.
