Intro to Wine & Cheese Pairing
The basics on wine appreciation including terminology, glassware, tools and proper wine service. Attendees will also learn the basics of wine and food pairing using cheese as a starting point. This session is a good knowledge base for servers in the hospitality industry and anyone else who wants to know more about the wine they love and how to serve it to their guests.
