Elemental Embodiment
Elemental Embodiment offers you an opportunity to explore the healing qualities of Fire, Water, Earth and Air. Fire can ignite our passion, transform limiting beliefs and help clarify direction. Water offers emotional purification and brings more flow where there are challenges. Earth provides stability and grounding while steadying our bodies. Air expands our perception, connecting us to elevated states of consciousness. During this conversational and experiential workshop, you will discover how using Yoga, Breathwork, Self-Inquiry and Mudras, can support you getting your inner balance right so that you are better able to ground, connect, clarify and flow with Life as the Energy you both are. Lana Boyuk has been guiding holistic healing workshops for 25 years, with a special interest in subtle energy. Lana weaves numerous areas of expertise in ways that feel understood and accessible so that you leave feeling more aligned and inspired. MSEA // Most People // Magic Pelvis
$10 in advance, $12 at the door Doors at 9 p.m. // MSEA is a Reykjavik based project by Maria-Carmela. Her EP "Hiding Under Things" was recorded in Iceland and released in April 2019. She now embarks on a short home tour to share. Originally from Sudbury, Canada, MSEA lives in a sound world of her own where she explores the boundaries between beauty and discomfort. Her voice is an ever changing instrument, floating in the midst of soundscape and noise, leading the compositions with fragility and subtlety.
