This workshop is designed for Shamanic Practitioners wishing to add this modality to their practice. Topics will include: the Shamanic perspective of illness, spiritual intrusions - what they are, causes and their connection to Western ailments plus much more. Sudbury Camino Boot Camp Series 1
The Sudbury Camino is coming soon, and we thought you might like some help getting ready for your challenge! This walk is the first of a three-part series. Whether you are opting to do the whole 30 km route, or are aiming for the 21 km, 14 km, or the family focused 4 km, this Boot Camp series will help you get limbered up and in the Camino spirit! This first walk will follow the 5 km trail at Kivi park. This will be a easy/moderate hike along clearly marked and well-groomed trails with just enough elevation to make it interesting. Wear sturdy shoes, fill up your water bottle and bring it along, and don't forget to bring your preferred protection against bugs and sun. Our Hike Leader for this event is Allison. The walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The Sudbury Camino Boot Camp Series is open to everyone: if you aren't planning to do the Camino or haven't decided yet, do come along anyway - you'll enjoy the trails and the company!
