Welcome to Zen Wellness, with my knowledge as Nutritionist & Natural Health Practitioner I will help you reach your health and wellness goals while setting a strong foundation. During this 8 week group program we will work on your knowledge and relationship with food while also addressing mindset and lifestyle factors that also come into play. What is involved during the 8 weeks: - 8 weekly group sessions (held at Zen Fitness, downtown Sudbury) - 8 weekly emails with videos (nutrition, mindset, movement), recipes & other resources - Email/text/phone support - Program booklet - Access to my secret Facebook group for peer support and much more. Fee: $300 (payment plan available) Take your experience further with these highly recommended but optional add ons: - Group Cooking/Meal Prep class $30 - Group Shopping Trip $30 - 15 min private mini sessions (in persons, phone, or video) $20/session - Post program detox $90 Upcoming sessions: (Wednesdays from 6:45 to 7:45pm) Fall: September 25th to November 13th Optional cooking class scheduled for November 20th Optional shopping trip scheduled for November 27th
