Black Friday Craft Show Holiday Walk Extravaganza
VENDORS WANTED!! ALMOST FULL!! We need bath/body vendors and Children’s items!! This will be a juried craft show so please send your request along with a description of what you would like to sell to rsmorin@persona.ca. Tables are $50 for both days of the show. Reserve your table now!! Join us for our Black Friday/Holiday Craft Show. Deals! Deals! Deals! This two day event will be filled with local crafters, artisans, delicious food, live music, amazing door prize, penny table and so much more!! The perfect place to start your holiday shopping. This event will be held on Friday, November 29 from 5:00-8:00 and Saturday November 30 from 10:00am-4:00pm. Admission is $3. All proceeds will be going directly to the students for band trips, athletics and other school clubs.

Tarot 101 Workshop
Welcome to the wonderful world of Intuitive Tarot. You've purchased your Tarot deck and understand the basics of Tarot reading, now what? If you are like many people, learning the meanings for 78 different cards can seem like a daunting task. I am here to help guide you through this task. In this two day workshop we will explore each of the 78 cards that make up the Tarot by: -Learning upright and reverse meanings for each card -Learn how to explore and personally connect with each card -Learn basic Tarot Spreads This Workshop will be held on two Saturdays, - November 23 & 30, 2019, from 10am to 4pm at the Rooted In Community Space. Capreol Santa Claus Parade, Candle Walk & Tree Lighting
SANTA'S BACK IN TOWN AND HE'S COMING TO CAPREOL on Saturday, NOVEMBER 30, 2019 Capreol will once again be celebrating the Christmas season in style with the return of the much anticipated Candle Walk, Tree Lighting and Capreol Santa Claus Parade. At 5pm, the Candle Walk will start at the Northern Ontario Railway Museum on Bloor Street, with the Capreol Community Choir singing Christmas Carols. The Tree Lighting will follow at 5:30 at the Capreol Cenotaph. Whinnying in Life Petting Zoo will be set up in the laneway by the Cenotaph from 4:30pm onwards. (Photo Op) Santa will visit with children at the Cenotaph Gazebo at 5:00pm and then he will be whisked away to join the parade. The Capreol Food Bank “Food Drive” is also taking place and food is being collected at local businesses around town. PLEASE BRING a non-perishable food donation and support this important Food Drive. Bins will be located at the Cenotaph Gazebo & also upstairs at the Arena following the parade. The Candle Walk, Tree Lighting and Parade organizers are sub-committees of the Capreol Community Action Network (CCAN) The Parade Coordinator is Natalie Labbee (1-705-989-7656) and the Candle Walk and Tree Lighting Coordinators are Jim & Lori Currie (705-665-2458) If you would like to get involved, Register a Float, Sponsor the Fireworks or Volunteer, please contact us via capreolparade@gmail.com.
