Come and experience the magic of Nuit Blanche for its fourth year, where the school of architecture transforms into an exhibition space showcasing art installation from students, staff and the community. There will be live music, drinks, snacks and a new experience to discover around every corner. Bring your friends and family and celebrate the growth of the Sudbury arts community! Doors open at 6:00 pm and at 7:00pm we will be opening with a drum circle! Explore the art of creating images using glass with local artist, Karen Ylitalo of Studio K Mosaics. In this 5 hr workshop you will learn the skills and process involved in designing and assembling an 8x10 glass Mosaic called “Red Canoe”. Once you learn this skill, you will want to try applying Mosaic to other indoor and outdoor surfaces!
