In partnership with Overtime Sports Bar and Grill on Tuesday, May 7 from 5 - 9 p.m., all food consumed onsite will support the Sudbury 6th Annual Defeat Depression Walk/Run and its fundraising recipient, NISA/Northern Initiative for Social Action. 25% all meals purchased between 5 and 9 p.m (excluding take-out and drinks) will go towards supporting this local mental health initiative. Attendees will also enjoy live music from Scott Bartlett! Sudbury 6th Annual Defeat Depression Walk/Run

For the past five years, the Sudbury Defeat Depression Walk/Run has brought the community together to make a move for mental health. We are organized passionately by and for those with lived experience with mental health challenges. Now into out sixth year, our goal is to continue to grow the movement, and challenge our community to step up and step forward in how we think about, talk about, and act on all matters of mental health. The funds raised support the local programming and services at NISA/Northern Initiative for Social Action as well as the national efforts of the Mood Disorders Society of Canada. At its heart, we want folks to know they are not alone in their experiences and authentic support is available. How can you help? Participate in Sudbury's Defeat Depression Walk / Run! Caribbean Night

On May 31st, 2019, ACR Fuller will be hosting a Caribbean Night. We will transform the Caruso Club into a Caribbean getaway to honour Childhood Cancer and raise much needed funds for the NOFCC. Only 300 tickets are available and are expected to sell out quickly! Guests will be treated to a Caribbean Style meal, along with entertainment from Tassa Drummers who have come all the way from Toronto. There will be live entertainment, and a DJ to Dance the night away. We have a live & silent auction, raffles, and many other exciting fundraising initiatives to go along with the evening; all in support of our smallest hero’s. Voices for Women presents: SHE ROCKS A Celebration of Women in Music, to raise much needed funds to support services, and programming for women impacted by sexual violence in our community. There will be door prizes, a silent auction, complimentary appetizers. Eye Level Lemonade Stand

Eye Level of Sudbury will be hosting a lemonade stand to raise funds for NEO Kids at the local hospital. This is our annual event and will be hosted on Saturday, June 8 at the main entrance of Health Sciences North. In addition to corporate donations, Eye Level of Sudbury will match every dollar collected at the lemonade stand! To date, Eye Level has raised about $15,000 for NEO Kids. 2019 Rally for Dad

Please join us on Father's Day weekend for the 2019 Rally for Dad on Saturday, June 15th. In 2018 the event was extremely successful with over 200 riders and raised over $30,000! Our goal this year is to raise $35,000! Will you help us reach our goal? ALL monies raised will fund NEW equipment for the treatment of prostate cancer at the Northeast Cancer Centre in Sudbury. Riders will leave from the Northern Cancer Centre and enjoy a highway scenic rally route that will end at the A&W (1099 Marcus Drive, Sudbury). A&W will provide food,refreshments and entertainment. The registration fee is $35/each per rider and passenger (if applicable). This includes: A&W lunch, a rocker panel, your name entered into a draw for great prizes, and a donation to the Cancer Centre. (You will also receive a $20 tax receipt.) If your passenger(s) only want to participate for lunch – you can purchase a meal coupon for $10 at the Registration desk.
