Join us at the Little Montreal on Saturday, April 8th as we Bust a Gut for Crohn's and Colitis Canada. Comedians Phil Rawson, Michael Hamilton, and Andre Raymond, as well as emcee Bob Simoneau, will have you laughing for a good cause. Doors open at 7pm and show starts at 8pm. This workshop will teach you the necessary progressions to develop a safe and effective inversion practice. You’ll learn how inversions are not just a cool thing to do in a yoga class but how they can allow us to see things from an alternate perspective, they empower us, they stimulate the immune and endocrine systems, they strengthen our core and they decompress the spine and relieve tension.
