Northern Lights Basketball Academy in partnership with The Sudbury Five are hosting a skills development clinic on Saturday, March 2nd. Athletes Receive: ✅ 2 ticket vouchers ✅ T-shirt ✅ 3hrs of on-court instruction ✅ 1hr classroom session ⛹️‍♂️ The Sudbury Five players will be on hand to lead demonstrations, play games and more. 👨🏻‍🏫 Instruction planned and delivered by NLBA and Sudbury Five coaching staffs. 6th Annual Polar Plunge

On March 2nd, 2019, we will be hosting our 6th Annual Polar Plunge at the Ramsey Lake Boat Launch! Who’s ready to get Freezin for a Reason?! The funds raised from the Polar Plunge go towards Special Olympics Ontario, who provides those with intellectual disabilities in the community and across Ontario the opportunity to participate in sport and recreational activities. This year is a very special year for Special Olympics Ontario – it’s celebrating its 50th anniversary! Since 2014, the Polar Plunge in Sudbury has raised in excess of $115,750! Last year we raised $25,000…Our goal this year is to raise $30,000. Chief Pedersen will be taking the plunge again this year, and he challenges all Sudburians to do the same!
