Lot parking may be available across from the venue. ---------- Shamess has shared the stage with artists including Grammy Award-winner JJ Grey & Mofro, Juno Award-winner Crystal Shawanda, Finger Eleven, David Wilcox, Bill Priddle (Treble Charger, Broken Social Scene). He also has performed a cover of Grammy Award-winner Ben Harper’s Platinum-hit song “Diamonds on the Inside”, to which he responded, “Absolutely fantastic…it’s actually better than my version!!” With a long list of influences, Shamess’ music blends several genres including jazz, folk, rock and blues. His sound reflects his appreciation for contemporary artists including John Mayer and Dave Matthews, and his stage presence and passion vividly demonstrates his soulful roots. His original music has sold more than 5000 physical copies, internationally. Shamess has performed around the world, in venues ranging from music festivals, nightclubs, outdoor festivals and restaurants to VIP private functions, weddings and cruise liners.

With the election of the new PC government and their decision to change the sex education curriculum back to the outdated 1990’s version, completely eliminating queer sex education in our schools, we’ll be promoting the messaging “Keep diversity in our education curriculum!” so that our queer youth can make more informed, safer and better decisions when it comes to their sexual health rather than having to live in shame.
