This workshop/class will bring your movement practice to a whole new level while exploring challenging yet playful sequences and transitions of locomotion, primal animal movements, functional movements, as well as arm balancing and inversions that increases overall mobility, strength and technique. This class integrates innovation into your movement practice that will push the boundaries of your day to day practice. Brad completed his initial 200hr yoga teacher training in 2011 in Agonda, Goa, India, and went on to study under many teachers and ashrams in the world such as the OSHO International Ashram in Pune, India. He has also travelled to Tanzania, San Fransisco, California, Warsaw, and Gdynia, Poland and across India for additional studies. He currently teaches in the Blue Mountain Area and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Open to all levels Yogis and Climbers. $20 for ARC members and $20 for non members

Wolfheart is influenced by many genres and the debut album 'WINTERBORN' has it all; it is melodic and hopeful, acoustic and fragile, but also considered harsh black/death metal or atmospheric doom. Saukkonen recorded and released 'WINTERBORN' entirely by himself playing all the instruments and doing all the vocals, with Mika Lammassaari (Eternal Tears Of Sorrow, Mors Subita) as his only guest, playing guitar solos. 'WINTERBORN' proved a roaring critical success scoring high ratings in reviews left and right and a live line up was formed. They were quickly recruited to play on national and international stages with the likes of Finntroll, Swallow The Sun and Sonata Arctica. They were signed to Spinefarm Records in 2015 and March 2017 started with the release of 'TYHJYYS' (Finnish for ‘emptiness’). The album received dozens of high-rated reviews across the globe and they continued to play the well known festivals in Europe as well as smaller ones. For 2018, they have several engagements confirmed including the legendary 70000 Tons of Metal Cruise, Ragnarök festival in Germany and their first Canadian tour, which will be hitting Sudbury on Sunday June 10th.
