Eye Level Lemonade Stand

This is our annual event and will be hosted on Saturday, June 8 at the main entrance of Health Sciences North. In addition to corporate donations, Eye Level of Sudbury will match every dollar collected at the lemonade stand! To date, Eye Level has raised about $15,000 for NEO Kids. Proceeds of sales go to support paediatric cancer care in Northern Ontario.

Gamemaking with Scratch (Kids 9-12yrs)

This experience offers learners the opportunity to create their very own digital games in a super fun environment. Using Scratch, a beginner level programming environment, imagination will come to life in a new and digitally engaging form. Learners will also be introduced to Scratch's amazing online community, sloganed: "Imagine, Program, Share," where they will have the opportunity to upload their game for anyone on the web to download and play! At the end of the workshop, each learner will also have a chance to beta test their game with their peers. Each Gamemaking with Scratch workshop has the same flow, but different activities. Come and create a new game every time!
