Learn about and taste sparkling wines from of the infamous Champagne region to our own Canadian offerings and and how you can pair them with your favourite dishes. This session is a good knowledge base for servers in the hospitality industry and anyone else who wants to know more about the sparkling wine they love and how to serve it to their guests.
