Learn about and taste sparkling wines from of the infamous Champagne region to our own Canadian offerings and and how you can pair them with your favourite dishes. This session is a good knowledge base for servers in the hospitality industry and anyone else who wants to know more about the sparkling wine they love and how to serve it to their guests. Everything Remains Raw – Exhibition Opening and Curator’s Talk

The Art Gallery of Sudbury invites you to the opening of the exhibition "… Everything Remains Raw: Photographing Toronto’s Hip Hop Culture from Analogue to Digital". Organized and circulated by the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. Join us for a first look at this multi-media exhibition as well as a curators talk and Q&A from 6 to 7 pm with curator Dr. Mark V. Campbell, founder of Northside hip Hop. View not only photographs, but graffiti works, video works and archival material showcasing the resilience of Hip Hop culture in Canada. Of course, we can't forget the music! The gallery will feature a selected playlist from Dr. Mark V. Campbell, the exhibition curator. The exhibition runs November 29 2018 to February 17 2019. Take a break... come for a lunchtime walk to boost your productivity or simply break up the day! The routes for this walk will vary week-to-week. Albert and Orest will alternate as walk leaders, with Paul Haynes stepping in from time-to-time as well.
