This workshop will teach you the necessary progressions to develop a safe and effective inversion practice. You’ll learn how inversions are not just a cool thing to do in a yoga class but how they can allow us to see things from an alternate perspective, they empower us, they stimulate the immune and endocrine systems, they strengthen our core and they decompress the spine and relieve tension. All levels of practice are welcome, however, having a regular yoga practice is recommended. Must be willing to take a leap outside your comfort zone!
