Calling all girls with #goals! Join our game-changing ambiSHEousworkshop for girls grades 7-9. Learn the real-life stuff they don't teach you in school. From making and managing money to politics and social change - get the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to step forward, navigate and succeed. Learn first hand how to turn your ideas into action by collaborating to develop and pitch a small business or social venture. By combining entrepreneurship training, civics, and leadership development ambiSHEous™ fuels your future in a seriously useful way. Ambition is welcome. No previous experience or special skills are required. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet device. Healthy snacks & lunch included. Thursday Market Hikes

This urban hike will depart from and return to the Thursday Market on York Street. It will be approximately 1.5 hours (3 km) in length. The hike is open to all, and is stroller friendly. The walk is designed to introduce you to the history and attractions of the Bell Park area. The route of the hike will vary. After the hike, you can visit the farmer, artisan, and craft vendor booths at the market. Meet us in the south parking lot (the north is where the vendor booths will be set up).
