We're happy to present Reel Rock 14! Doors open at 6:15 pm Films begin at 7:00 pm Tickets: $20 Buy your tickets by Nov 8th for a chance to win a 1 Month All Access Membership! REEL ROCK at ARC will be a fundraiser for Climb Sudbury, the unofficial outdoor climbing club of Sudbury. Proceeds will go towards the maintenance of existing crags, access and trail work and the establishment of new crags and routes. Snacks and refreshments will also be available for purchase. This event is BYOS - Bring Your Own Seating. We are encouraging everyone to bring pillows, blankets, folding camp chairs (think Canada Day chairs), and especially crash-pads. Please do not bring any chairs that have narrow feet - they will puncture our mats. We will have very limited seating available, but have PLENTY of space on the black flooring for everyone to bring their own seating. Exciting films+food+friends=fun times! Monday Urban Poling in November: Adanac

Adanac Ski Hill

Our Monday Urban Poling walks will take place on trails along the beautiful Ponderosa Wetlands. We will start the walk from the Adanac Ski Chalet, off Beatrice which you can access either via Atlee or Hawthorn Drive. The weather is starting to get quite nippy, so be sure to dress accordingly: wear warmer layers, hats, gloves, and warm sturdy footwear. Sunglasses and protection from the sun are still a good ideas as is a filled-up water bottle. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Open Resume Clinic

The Open Resume Clinic is available to students, staff and alumni throughout the year. We offer 5-10 minute walk-in visits for quick resume and cover letter critiques, on-the-spot job search advice, overview of services, and introductory career decision-making guidance. Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Career Centre in room 2409. No appointment necessary. A paper (hard) copy of any documents (cover letter, resume, etc.) to be reviewed is required.
