One Sky is growing! We will now be offering a six seat café. Proudly serving Birch Bark Coffee Company. This excellent company, founded by some pretty stellar people, operates ethically and with community-minded initiatives from the picking of the beans to where profits are used to create clean water projects in northern Indigenous communities. Not to mention, it is the most excellent coffee we have ever tasted. We will be serving pour over, cold brew, and French Press. Bags of whole and ground beans are available for purchase. You will be able to bring your lunch, have a top shelf cup of coffee, and enjoy all of the art and beautiful artisanal work that One Sky has to offer.
