Millet Bean Chili

Ingredients: 1 Medium Onion 2 Medium Carrots 1 Sweet Potato ¼ cup of Millet ½ cup of Brown Lentils 1 ½ cups of cooked Chickpeas 1L of Vegetable Broth 2 cups of Water 2 Tbsp of Chili Powder 2 Tsp of Sea Salt 1 Tsp of Dried Oregano 1 Tsp of Chili Flakes 1 clove of minced Garlic  Directions: Dice onion, chop carrots and sauté on medium heat with a tablespoon of grapeseed oil.   Continue to stir until onions are translucent.
