Top Five Fitness Classes: Accelerated CycleBarre
Have you had a chance to check out our other two Top 5 fitness class posts yet? For our first post we spent some time at CrossFit Sudbury learning more about the gym and what exactly Crossfit is. Our third and fourth stops were at Accelerated CycleBarre where we were able to try two different classes. A cycle class and a pilates class. Both were really challenging but equally as great so we decided to include them both in our Top Five Fitness Class roundup!
First up was the happy hour cycle class. I loved the vibe in this class. The lights turn off, theres a disco ball and the music is blasting. The intensity is high but everyone is clearly enjoying themselves. As a cycle newbie I was worried to try this one but I instantly fell in love and I’ll definitely be heading back. The second class I tried out was a Saturday morning pilates class and again I had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Pilates is a full body work out and works a lot of different muscle groups but concentrates on your core. It is an amazing work out and was a great way to start my Saturday.
