Top Five Fitness Classes: Zen Fitness
We’re doing out Top 5 series a little bit differently this year. Instead of just rounding up all five in one short post, we’re going to be spreading it out into a series of five posts AND we’re including videos this time. Today we’re sharing a video with our second stop on our fitness tour of Sudbury: Zen Fitness. We tried out a Kettlebell flow class which is a strength conditioning class mixed with – you guessed it – yoga! You switch it up between kettlebell and yoga so your working almost every part of your body. It was intense but I’m looking forward to trying it out again. Maybe this time I’ll be able to lift the kettlebell with one arm…
