Sudbury Game Design Challenge – The SGDC is a 48-hour media design competition where teams of up to 4 compete against the clock and each other to create the best possible game within an announced theme. Banff Mountain Film Festival – The Banff Mountain Film Festival is once again coming back to Sudbury, Ontario – for it’s 40th anniversary!! The Pixo Control – The Pixo Control is a rock n roll band from Northern Ontario formed by songwriter Michael Mikus in October of 2013. Women’s Self Defense Seminar – In response to a violent sexual assault in New York, Sudbury BJJ & Muay Thai will be teaching a special 2-hour seminar for free.
